4. Seller Terms

• Honor the prices and terms stated in your listings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4.2 Prohibited Items

You may not list the following:

4.3 Subscription Plans

Seller accounts are subject to subscription plans with varying features and limits. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees
• Comply with the limits of your chosen plan
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Customer Terms

As a customer, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate booking and contact information
• Respect sellers' terms and conditions
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Communicate respectfully with sellers

6. Bookings and Transactions

6.1 Booking Process

Bookings made through the platform create a direct relationship between you and the seller. PilkhuwaSmart facilitates the connection but is not a party to the transaction.

6.2 Payments

All payments for subscription plans are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual sellers. Please review each seller's policies before making a booking. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The PilkhuwaSmart platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.2 User Content

By posting content on the platform (including product listings, images, and descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you post.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilkhuwaSmart and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Damages arising from transactions with other users
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PilkhuwaSmart from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your content posted on the platform
• Your interactions with other users
